Notirabbit is operated by BilginPro Bilişim ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi. We are responsible for our website, account administration and enquiries. Publishers using Notirabbit decide how to use their subscriber data; we process it on their behalf. Their privacy notices also apply.
Information and use
- Website visits: technical requests include IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps, used to serve and protect the website.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. It processes information such as pages viewed, referral sources, interactions, browser and device details, and cookie identifiers.
- Enquiries and accounts: names, email addresses, correspondence, workspace details and authentication records are used to respond to requests and provide account access.
- Notifications: browser subscription addresses and push keys, mobile push tokens and installation identifiers, IP and country information, browser and device details, subscription status and timestamps are used to manage subscriptions and deliver messages. Message content and receipt/click events support delivery and reporting. Authorized customer workspace users can view their audience information, including IP and device details.
For our own processing, legal grounds include performing the requested service under a contract, legitimate interests in administering relationships and keeping the website secure, and applicable legal obligations. The relevant ground depends on the activity. Publishers are responsible for the legal grounds and notices for their subscribers.
Sharing and transfers
Hosting and network providers operate and protect the website and service; analytics providers measure website usage; browser and native mobile push services deliver notifications; communication providers handle correspondence. Information may also be disclosed to advisers or authorities where required for a legal matter.
